We wake up every morning following the same routine and moving through the day following a very familiar pattern. The route we take to work, the food we eat the movies we watch, the books we read, and the music we listen to. How often do you consciously decide that today will be the day that you would like to experience something different, that today would be the day you would like to explore your dreams. How often do you take the time out to sit quietly with yourself and consciously decide to up your game, to change your predicted outcomes so that you could experience life differently, to experience a more fulfilling life where you are not just going through the motions, where you are not living unconsciously and therefore living an unfulfilling life.

This 3-week challenge will give you a 15-day window of opportunity to create new, healthy habits setting you on the path to becoming the person you would like to be.

Week 1

Exploring the power of positive thinking, affirmations, imagination, thoughts and gratitude:

– How do desires, affirmations and positive thinking affect our state of being?
– We will be practicing yin yoga with affirmations.
– Kundalini yoga kriyas relevant to each topic.
– The practice of meditation and its impact on our subconscious.

Week 2

Exploring the topics of the 6th sense, fear, the subconscious, and the power of the heart:

– Each topic will be discussed with further exploration of affirmations.
– Yin Yoga practice to allow the opening and softening of the mind and body.
– Kundalini kriyas to better understand the mind/body connection.
– Meditations to further explore each topic.

Week 3

Exploring the brain-heart coherence, abundance, aura and the radiant body:

– Discussing the topics of the week and continuing to work with affirmations.
– Yin yoga with affirmations.
– Kundalini yoga related to the topics.
– Meditation practice related to the topics of the week.

If we repeat good habits often enough we can develop the skills of creating a more balanced, efficient, and healthy body and access to infinite intelligence.

You do not need previous experience of kundalini yoga to participate. What you will need is an open mind, an open heart, and commitment. The 3 weeks are a means to give you the tools to create new patterns that will benefit you.
